Information on how to change the name that appears on your certificate
Do to requirements set by our accrediting bodies customers are not allowed to change their own certificate name. In order to get it updated you will have to submit a customer support ticket that can be found here
Make sure to include the updated name you want it changed to and then submit. You will receive an email from a member of our team in the next 1-2 business days when the request has been completed. With that you will be all good to go with your updated certificate name.
