Webinar Credit For New Altus Users

Thank you for participating in the program.  It appears while you signed up for the webinar you did not have an AltusLearn account. No problem! An account was created for you when you were awarded the credit. Here’s how to redeem your credit.

To access your account please do the following:

  1. Click here to reset your password: https://altuslearn.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
  2. Enter your AltusLearn Network username to trigger the password reset. Please note, it may take a second for the reset email to arrive in your inbox. Please wait 5-minunets before attempting a second reset.
  3. After reset your password, please update your profile setting. Important note: When you enter your name in the certificate name field, please enter it how you’d like it to appear on you award certificate. If you enter it incorrectly you will need to contact customer support (client.support@altuscampus.com).
